BEITÁ

Beitá is a renovation project in the historic center of Guatemala City. Worked side by side with Grupo DYC, the original edification has been conserved, as it is an original design by Carlos Haussler.

As a building made up of mainly studio apartments, Beitá is comprised of 37 apartments and 4 studios, as well as common areas and a commercial area in the ground floor of the building.

Designed originally in the fifties by Carlos Haussler, now Beitá has been renovated as a real estate project in the historic center of Guatemala City, few steps away from iconic buildings such as Teatro Lux, Iglesia El Carmen and Flamingo Histórico.
